Blake Lively- Jason Baldoni and NYT - False Light claims

It’s been a big shift in the last 72 hours. And Blake’s team tried to distract with the total puff piece on ryan’s partner in Wrexham Rob M and his wife, Katelin Olsen. Focus is on what a great friendship they have. The funny thing is Katelin did an interview in September acknowledging that she didn’t know Blake. She said she would like to get to know her better but they live on different coasts so they hadn’t had a chance to meet - but now all of a sudden their besties lol.

Any bets on who Blake will trot out next week? Candace Cameron Burre? Maybe she can find a new career doing Great American Family Christmas movies.

Blake was so wrong that little statement trying to act like they're behind her. Talk about final nail in the coffin.

So Candace Owens says it was Taylor's dad that contacted Justin. Dailymail article has the same but I don't necessarily believe DM. I do believe Candace though

Believing either of them is nuts. I will believe it if People or TMZ publish it. To me it's telling they have not. This rumor has been going around Reddit since the Freedman letter and while it *does* sound like something Scott might do, it also kind of sounds like wishful thinking.

It also strategically doesn't make sense. Scott was worried about Taylor being dragged into the lawsuit.... so he provided info directly to one of the lawyers that makes Taylor a material witness? That makes no sense.

Jury is definitely still out on this one.

I’m often accused of being team Baldoni, but even I can admit Blake is stunning. I think she’s particularly gorgeous and I love that she’s not a stick

Notice how they didn't say Blake was ugly. She carefully worded it as "naturally beautiful" because we all know Blake went under the knife to achieve her current look. And it was tastefully done. She's beautiful...now.

I don’t think Blake is beautiful anymore. Still pretty, but she looks her age.

They are both very attractive women, in different ways.

Arguing otherwise is just spitefulness. Baldoni is also a good looking guy, though he is not my type at all.

Ryan is looking a bit haggard but he's also physically attractive, again in a totally different way to Baldoni (and also not my type! I like Pedro Pascal and Joshua Jackson types).

They are all pretty people.

Agreed, but the PP who said Emily and Blake looked alike and that Baldoni has a type was way off. Men who like petite women don’t all of a sudden go for a tall glass of water. Blake and Justin are eye to eye and he was quite literally afraid to lift her.

Blake is 5’10” and Emily is 5’9”. They are both tall drinks of water.

Blake has a habit of hooking up with her coworkers, so it wouldn't surprise me if she was secretly thirsting after him. She truly is like a spurned lover.

+1. Aging mean girl skanks always go batshit when they get old and the rejections pile up.

Blake looks bigger, probably b/c she’s curvier. I think she also lies about her height because she’s self conscious about being so tall. She’s talked before about towering over most men.

It should be the reverse. DM is very trashy and salacious, but they actually do interview people.

Where is evidence suggesting Justin was ever interested in Blake? I assume if he was trying to have an affair with her, Blake’s team would put all that evidence by now because it would strongly support sexual harassment. He’s essentially in the role of her boss and if he was sending her texts like “hey beautiful can’t wait to see you” or something we would’ve seen those. There is no evidence he was interested in her.

She was the one that invited him into her trailer while she was pumping, and his text was beautifully worded for someone who didn’t want to go anywhere near that situation - eating with the crew now, will be over your way later

In other words, I’m busy while you’re pumping, after you finish pumping, I’ll make my way over to your side of the set, but not actually your trailer.

We see what you’re doing and just trying to distract and deflect when Blake is having a really really bad week. No one is buying just wanted to have an affair with Blake. He doesn’t have any history of that on his time on sets, whereas Blake has plenty of instances of affairs and hook up onset if people are being ridiculous and no one is buying it.

Also, noticing people who used to work with Justin are now coming out of the woodwork and saying what a great guy he is and how they support him. One of his other castmates from Jane the Virgin is coming out. People are no longer scared of Ryan and Blake and the tide is really shifting.

It's DM UK who is "reporting" it though. They are trash. So is CO. That no one else has picked this up is a big red flag. If it were true, Taylor's camp would have confirmed to a preferred outlet by now.

Oh please. In what world is Taylor’s team going to, or needs to, come out and say that Scott went to the lawyers? What would they gain by doing that? Ridiculous.

Because otherwise it looks like he did this without Taylor's go ahead, and it looks reckless. If they confirm it through a friendly outlet, they can put a more positive spin on it. This makes him look both stupid (leaking this time Freedman makes her more likely to be called as a witness, not less) and obsessive (why on earth would Scott be deciding all this on his own, this should be handled by the very highly paid attorneys).

Disagree. They don’t have to engage anymore. They are now done with this and done with Blake. People speculate about Taylor all the time and she doesn’t get in the mud. Why would she here? The suit no longer even involves someone she is friends with so she can be done and put it behind her.
