electrolyte powder

anyone have good recommendations for teens not loaded with sugar?

Not powder, but the Gatorade brand GatorLyte has a good balance of electrolytes and is not high in sugar (for a sports drink). Or just buy plain coconut water. Excellent source of electrolytes

Coconut water, hum tablets (add to water bottle).

I’m a runner and I drink coconut water daily. And then on my runs I drink tailwind. I prefer the ones with no added caffeine.

We like the Redmond re-lyte but I use our stick blender to mix it.

I don’t take this regularly, but if I get behind on my water intake for too many days I start getting bad headaches. A glass of this chased with one to two glasses of water works faster than two to three glasses of water.

NOTHING beats Pedialyte powder. They've even starting making a version just for exercise.

Make your own. Just a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, a little citrus, a little honey/sugar - that's all you need in your water.

No Nuun tablets. They also have Nuun powder packets.
