anyone have good recommendations for teens not loaded with sugar? |
Not powder, but the Gatorade brand GatorLyte has a good balance of electrolytes and is not high in sugar (for a sports drink). Or just buy plain coconut water. Excellent source of electrolytes |
Coconut water, hum tablets (add to water bottle). |
I’m a runner and I drink coconut water daily. And then on my runs I drink tailwind. I prefer the ones with no added caffeine. |
We like the Redmond re-lyte but I use our stick blender to mix it. |
UCAN Hydrate |
Liquid IV
Loooove it |
+1 I don’t take this regularly, but if I get behind on my water intake for too many days I start getting bad headaches. A glass of this chased with one to two glasses of water works faster than two to three glasses of water. |
NOTHING beats Pedialyte powder. They've even starting making a version just for exercise. |
Make your own. Just a pinch of Himalayan pink salt, a little citrus, a little honey/sugar - that's all you need in your water. |
Ultima |
+1 My kids love Ultima |
No Nuun tablets. They also have Nuun powder packets. |
Should be DO Nuun tablets, not "no nuun tablets!."

Idk about powder but body armor lyte is great |
