They both look great, and I think it's great that they both seem to have a sense of humor about the situation. (The link says it was Mila's idea, and Demi liked he idea.)

I really root for Demi because she went through so much sh-t. She's not someone I have *anything* in common with, or would really want to hang out with, but I think in her place, I probably would have just crawled up in a ball and given up on life. It's pretty amazing she hasn't let any of it beat her.

Mila is sleep deprived and haggard looking due to 2 small children. It’s not just about age. In 20 years and with help of plastic surgery, as Demi has done, she might look younger than she does now.

Demi Moore has also been caring for Bruce Willis and Mila Kunis has (I assume) been caring for Ashton Kutcher. Caregiving is a very difficult task and they are both handling it well.
