Need help loading physical form for high school sports tryouts onto ParentVUE

Hello--I registered my kid for sports tryouts last month, but just got the physical form signed. I'm trying to upload it to Parentvue and can't figure out where to do it. I've tried the app on my phone and via my computer. When I go to Online Registration it says Submitted. Any advice? Thank you!

I don't believe you can upload the physical form (or any forms) once you have submitted your registration (which it sounds like you did).

1. Scan in the signed phyiscal form
2. Email it to your Athletic Director. In the email, say something like "Here is the signed physical form for Larla Smith"

OR

1. Take the hard copy of the signed physical form to the school and give it to the AD.
