So I got a UTI and a yeast infection at the same time...and candidas (misspelling it, but the bacteria that causes a YI) can definitely mess with the UTI. I kept wondering why my abx were only resolving my symptoms maybe 75 percent. Finally got Gyne-lotrimin which knocked it out.

I get repeated yeast infections now thanks to a crappy medicine I am on. My first sign is always an increased need to urinate. Urge incontinence. I have a standing rx for diflucan and if I take that right away it knocks out the frequent urination. If not, it progresses to the itching and burning. All cleared with my doc.

Bacterial vaginosis or aerobic vaginosis (BV or AV) can. Ask OB to swab you, or PCP or urgent care. If you take flagyl or metrogel, NO alcohol!!

I also get this. I’ve managed to get a handle on it with boric acid suppositories.
