I'm really pleased.
When I went to the doctor's in June I was up to 137. Ug. I knew I was going to be up, and I knew why - I started eating wheat and grains and sugar again during Covid. I posted at that time that I wasn't going to weigh myself for a bit, just judge by clothes. Well, despite the small backlash, that worked fine. I changed my diet to stop eating wheat, to better avoid sugar, and generally paid attention to what I ate (tracking my food intake). And as of this morning I'm 131. I thought I'd be down because my largest shorts are getting loose, and my medium shorts are fitting well. I had been wearing my biggest shorts, I'm now in my medium shorts, I'm aiming for my favorite shorts in another few months. |
