Who else was there? What a great show. Openers were fantastic as well.

I was. Could have lived without having my phone locked up but the show was great and for once I knew both openers.

He's probably better sober than he ever was when he was writing everything super high

I thought Seaton Smith was excellent. Dan Levy was blah for me. Mulaney was good, I hope he can stay sober. I'd love to see what he could be capable in a few years.

How did they lock up phones? Never heard of this. Were they confiscated? Some sort of freakin' laser beam thing??

I have friends who just went to see Chris Rock and Kevin Hart. They had to keep their phones in a magnetically locked bag, then the venue had people unlocking them when the show was over.

Someone's going to mention "but what if I needed a call about my organ transplant" etc.

If you absolutely cannot be separated form the world for an event, then you can choose not to go to the event, or you can get something like an old-school vibrating pager (many can be texted directly like a phone, but there is, of course, no recording capability).

We received a call and staff unlocked it for us - NBD. Thankfully, there was enough staff.
