Eco shower mat?

I need to replace the plastic mat that lines the bottom of our showers/tubs so we don’t slip in them. Is there anything out there that doesn’t involve plastic? I’ve googled but can’t find anything like this. Do I just need to get another plastic mat?

I’m not talking about a bath mat for outside the tub.
