We stayed at the Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain with a view of the lake. The lake view was spectacular.

Thank you!

Anyone have thoughts on the Willard Street Inn?

Will you have a car? I raise that because we felt VERY ripped off by cabbies in Burlington. They would not use their meters and made up outrageous rates each time we arrived at our destinations. I tried complaining to the town (since this is illegal), but they did not make that very easy.

Why wouldn't you just take an Uber?

Hotel Vermont is lovely. And, FYI, you won't need a car in Burlington. Maybe you can plan your visits to the other schools so that you just have a car for those days.

We tried that and Lyft, on the night we arrived (at the suburban Amtrak station) could not get a lift service or car service or anything.
