Muffin Recipe

Looking for a moist muffin recipe- preferably for chocolate chips. Prefer to use oil rather than melting butter...
Mine have been coming out dry lately...

To make them more moist use brown sugar instead of white and/or add an extra egg.

OP here: This is great advice. I will try it on my favorite recipe next time (its the blueberry muffin recipe from the Betty Crocker cookbook).

Adding yogurt or sour cream helps, too.

Made this the other night and eating it for breakfast. Very moist and yummy!

Sally's recipes are always so good. I feel like I'm getting better skills every time I make one of her recipes.
