Say what you will - she does have a lot of hustle. She came from nothing and worked hard. (And yes, I find the Bennifer stuff tiresome as hell.)

She seemed human! I liked it. I don't think she needs validation, she worked hard and is a minority who keeps getting written off.

Did you catch the part where she said her mom beat the shit out of her and her sisters? Paired with her mom's gambling, this makes me like Jlo more. She was raised in dysfunction but, through hard work and drive, she has become very successful. Side eye to the claim that google images was created the day after she wore the green dress.

Okay I know that you didn't want to make this about Bennifer, but we can't not talk about how her mom has a gambling problem and Ben's gambling addiction has been well covered.
