Work Colleagues/Coworkers on Next Door

Now that NextDoor seemingly expanded what you can see, or possibly with people moving, I am seeing coworkers here and there on NextDoor. The types of posts are clearly not work related and per NextDoor nature can get heated.

Do you reply to posts made by coworkers? Avoid?

A shitty executive at my former company (fairly small business so everyone pretty much knew each other at all levels of the company) was being a stereotypical RWNJ on Nextdoor, which surprised me not at all. Another CWer was commenting in one of those “area teens vandalizing” threads basically defending the teens and saying they probably didn’t mean it and don’t have any alternatives during the summer, blah blah blah. Definitely makes me think less of both of them.
