I am 41 y/o. Although I haven’t gained any weight I have seen an increase in cellulite in the last couple of months. I do strength training and cardio 5 days a week, but nothing too strenuous. Is this part of aging? Any recommendation on how to decrease it? |
No unfortunately this is part of aging, and hormonal changes. Also your skin is losing elasticity because collagen is decreasing.

I'm 43. I have it and I hate it. I've doing a lot of yoga lately which seems to have helped, but it also might be because I've lost some weight. I also found that self-tanner helps to disguise it. I've been meaning to try dry-brushing because I read that can improve it. |
