Cellulite

I am 41 y/o. Although I haven’t gained any weight I have seen an increase in cellulite in the last couple of months. I do strength training and cardio 5 days a week, but nothing too strenuous. Is this part of aging? Any recommendation on how to decrease it?

No unfortunately this is part of aging, and hormonal changes. Also your skin is losing elasticity because collagen is decreasing.

I'm 43. I have it and I hate it. I've doing a lot of yoga lately which seems to have helped, but it also might be because I've lost some weight. I also found that self-tanner helps to disguise it. I've been meaning to try dry-brushing because I read that can improve it.
