Need more space and want to go EV, or at least hybrid - what are my options

Currently have a 2012 Forester which is great, and will keep as a second car. But we need more room, and would also like to go electric or at a minimum, hybrid. We have two kids, one in carseat, one in booster but would like the option of a third row and also need more cargo space (at least for when we are only using two rows of seating). I want to be as little of a menace to the environment and society as possible while still being a car owner, so not sure I want an even bigger SUV, but open to suggestions and also minivans. We can hold out another year or so if needed for prices to come down or if there is something really interesting on the horizon. Don't have a specific budget, but less than Tesla/luxury tier.
