Best Bachelorette All-Inclusive

Starting to plan my friends bachelorette and she wants to do an all inclusive somewhere. We're thinking probably Mexico or Jamaica since they are quick to get to from the East Coast.

Does anyone have suggestions on resorts that would be good for a group of 10-20 woman who want a party vibe. We'll want somewhere with a night club at night so we can dance but also somewhat good food (doesn't need to be amazing) and good drink service? Still not really sure of a budget so looking for any and all suggestions.
