Ecco.

I bought a pair of Cole Haan's that were really, really cute and wanted to love them. But the back kept digging into my Achille's tendon. Ouch.

good question! I'd like to hear more answers because all of my ballet flats tend to dig into the top of my foot. If I try to go up a size then they slip off.

Wearing a pair of Kate Spade's today that are very comfortable. Cole Haan is also good and probably better on support.

I have a pair of cute Calvin Klein's that are really comfortable...I did need to break them in but after a few wears, they are great!

Oh, I meant to add that I also have a really comfortable pair of Jessica Simpson flats.

I'm embarrassed to admit I bought these because they are grandma shoes, but I bought a pair of Clark's and they are comfortable -- and I've actually gotten complements on them. I mostly wear them for commuting, but I'll wear them out casually sometimes.

Mee Too and they look so much better than wearing sneakers to and from work.

Gucci, with the bamboo horse bit. Have had them for 6 years and they fit my foot like a glove. Haven't even needed to send them back to Gucci to be resoled, yet, but will need to in the next year...

Privo if you want a real sporty pair-- I own 3 and LOVE them. They're made by Clarks, but I think it's a bit more line.
Also, Kenneth Cole Gentle Souls
