| I noticed that ParentVue now has my child listed for the grade he’ll enter in August, but it hasn’t updated to incorporate his completed classes toward graduation. He finished algebra with all As and it says “50%” and he’s finished two years of language (Spanish 1 and 2) again, all As and it says 75%, accounting only for sixth grade and the first semester of 7th. Should this have updated by now? |
It should have updated by now, yes. My kid just finished Algebra in June, and their course history shows 100% Algebra graduation credit. Maybe the school's counselors have to do something manually for the change to take effect? |
| Don't fret. It's not spring of his senior year. It'll get worked out. |
This is just one of the 1000's of other issues due to lack of leadership. |
| Same issue for DC who just finished TPMS |
| A lot of information is missing in the website including the course requests. Does anyone else feel the difference this year? Why are they so secretive? |
+1. Check again in October or November, and if it hasn't changed, have your kid ask their counselor. |
It’s the transition between grades, front-facing data is removed while they juggle all the electronic scheduling behind the scenes over the summer. Happens every year. Sorry, not a conspiracy. |
I agree, and can see why "Class Schedule" would not be shown yet. But I don't know why the "Course Requests" data needed to be removed. That is just a record of which classes students requested back in January or February for the following school year. |
