I don’t understand Apple TV

It comes with my phone now I’m paying for it as it’s been over a year. Does anything other than greyhound actually come with it ?

I'm not sure what you mean when you say you don't understand it. It's a streaming service like Netflix, etc.

You’re doing something wrong. It comes with lots of shows. Apple TV originals (Ted Lasso, The Morning Show) and lots of other programs and movies. Download the app. It also aggregates content for you so you can search a program and it will tell you which app you have downloaded has that program.

You’d think Apple would have better marketing people who understand brand names and trademarks. Way too much confusion between the Apple TV device and the streaming service.

I am guessing OP means she can’t access Apple TV anywhere but on her phone. I had a free trial with my phone but there was no app to use on my Fire Stick so I never watched anything. I don’t want to watch tv on my phone and I don’t have an iPad or Mac.

Yes it's easy to get on your TV.

I'll say it doesn't have a ton of content compared to the other streaming services but there's a decent amount on there. For all Mankind, Ted Lasso, Mythic Quest, the Pro Shoot of Come From Away, etc.

If you don't want it anymore, just cancel.

There is a FireStick app.

I just signed up for a free week trial to binge “Pachinko.” What other shows do people like that stream on there? I typically like a lot of genres except for sci-fi, horror, and murder/crime.

The Morning Show (give it a few eps) and For All Mankind (same). DH and I started watching Tehran, which is also good.

There is no Apple TV app for my android Samsung tv. I can only watch Apple TV if I hook an Apple TV box to it.
