Contesting a Montgomery County Parking Ticket

| Got a ticket this weekend for an expired meter when I had paid via the app. The only options are to pay the $45 OR to request a trial. Does anyone have experience requesting a trial in Montgomery County? What is the process like? |

| You can request a trial. It’s a cattle call so you can end up sitting for hours waiting to be called - in addition to driving there and paying for parking. If you lose you pay court costs. |

UPDATE: In case anyone ever has the same issue. You can try emailing the parking enforcement office with the evidence and asking them to invalidate the ticket. Worked for me!
