I’ll start:

And don’t be a jerk. Aside from saying how you might modify, don’t yuck someone else’s yum by saying it looks to basic, or unhealthy, or whatever. Positive contributions only!

Honestly I just want to see if this tastes good. I’ve developed a terrible intolerance to all dairy and miss creamy homemade ranch. The buttermilk sour cream fresh snipped herbs kind.

So, this.

My CSA overflows with bock choy (not my favorite) so I've been looking for something fast and yummy to do with it:

I’ve been baking my way through a Southern Living list of cakes since April 2020. It was my pandemic project. I got through 27 of the 30 cakes (and documented every one on Instagram) as the list was initially published, before they edited the list to make it 50 cakes. High frustration for me, but here’s the list:

Obviously it includes many, many cakes I’ve made and ~20 that are still on the to-do list

Did you make the Doberge cake? I made this as part of a pandemic baking project and it became so popular in my family that I've had to make it for birthdays a few times. I wasn't sure of the lemon/chocolate combo, but it works!!

Had these in Spain (and in southern France) and currently “import” them from La Tienda in Charlottesville. Never had fresh though.
