If you voted for Hans Reimer

You wasted a vote that could have gone to Blair.

I don't think they hate Elrich enough to care about that.

Blair voters HATE Elrich.

So annoying when votes are presumed “wasted” because 1) the candidate might be a long shot or 2) you don’t like him.

Do you want every race to have only two candidates?

Reality sucks -- People voted for Gary Johnson because they couldn't stand Hillary or Trump. Or just on principle. And that's why we have a botched Supreme Court. Or Ralph Nader throwing the super-tight election from Gore to Bush.

What we NEED is ranked choice voting.

You will have sent a message by intentionally voting for a candidate who you know who cannot win, unintentional consequences be damned.

So annoying someone on this board shows up every day making this same argument. You aren’t going to win a MoCo election by posting on this board, esp not this same tired argument.

You also are not going to win an election if your name is Hans Riemer running for the County Executive.

Makes as much sense as voting for Riemer.

Why even have two candidates? Clearly there are wasted votes if you have more than one candidate.

I was going to vote for Reimer but now I'm considering Elrich. Is it going to be a close election, Elrich vs Blair? I'm certainly not voting Blair. What a disaster. He should just be a Republican.

What about Blair’s platform screams Republican to you?

I know. Here, if you aren't insanely progressive, you are seen as a fascist. No room for moderates or liberals.
