Gun reform: where's the best place to donate? Democrats, or Everytown?

I want to put my money where my mouth is but also want it to be most effective. AM I better placed to donate to the Democratic Party or a specific issue org (like Everytown) for legislative change?

NP. Nothing seems all that effective at the moment, but I donated to Sandy Hook Promise.

Invest in a time machine and listen to the dire warnings about the impact of SCOTUS appointments if HRC wasn’t elected.

Invest in state governments! They have the most impact on our daily lives. Look at what is going in on Red states on abortion. Investing in flipping a state gov to Dem will help not only gun reform but abortion rights, voting rights, and environmental protection. Is the BEST investment you could make. That's why the GOP invested in state races 20 years ago and we're in the mess. So pick a state that is close to flipping Blue. Wisconsin or AZ is Arizona, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. As much as I like Everytown, they have a bloated budget and your money is WAY better spent on the state level.
