That is strange. Seems like this should be listed on a commercial real estate site as well, not just residential given what it's zoned for.

| So odd. We have a few parcels like that in my neighborhood that the builder donated to the HOA because there was no access and they weren’t buildable. The northern part of that land looks like it abuts access but it’s hard to tell. I’m actually surprised one of the adjacent lots doesn’t pick this up to add to their land. That’s about the only market for it. |

| I love that it mentions that it is in the flood zone, and possibly doesn't have access to public water and sewer! Other than those small details, I am sure people are lining up for it! |
