So Maryland, like so many other states, is still suffering the effects of the Bush recession. Thanks to the economic growth that we are experiencing under Obama, millionaire filings will probably be up next year.

No doubt nearly all of the loss in millionaire filings result from the recession. Look at the number of millionaire filings that dropped in the other jurisdictions and you will see.
