Experience with dance classes for beginners at Glen Echo (or other places)?

I’d love any feedback from people whose kids have taken dance classes at Glen Echo. I’m looking for intro dance classes for my girls (4 and 7) who have no prior experience. I’d love to find something that helps them develop rhythm and focuses on the joy of movement / dance rather than something that is very technical / intense. I want to help them develop more physical confidence rather than become serious dancers. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

My girls loved Hippity Hop and Hip Hop at Bethesda Conservatory of Dance at that age. We joined for the same reasons. They are a swimmer and a singer now, but, it was a fun couple years.
