Federally Sponsored Daycare centers in DC for a toddler

I am looking for Federally Sponsored Daycare centers in (NW/Downtown) DC for my 16 months old.
I failed to find any lists and with the direct search I cannot quite tell whether it is Federally Sponsored or not.
Can you please suggest either the daycare you know that is sponsored or a good way to figure it out without calling them one by one.

Our daycare, US Kids located in the GSA building, may have openings for toddlers. The tuition is very reasonable by DC daycare standards, and teachers are wonderful. Our children have thrived there.

Teletots in NE just opened so I bet they have spaces. They have a lovely space and use a similar curriculum to my daycare which I love.
