Relocation help for a nanny

Would you help a nanny relocate to you if they were a really good nanny and had great references?

This person lived in the Nova area for years but left for personal reasons.

I would not relocate a nanny to us unless it was a live in position.

I'm a live-in nanny who relocates to every family and the family covers the cost. However, I cover my return cost. For a live-out position, helping a nanny relocate wouldn't make any sense
