I have been doing it for about six weeks now and love it! The food is really good, for the most part, and some of it is delicious. There have been a few misses, but it's more to do with my own likes/dislikes than the quality or preparation of what they're sending me. Portions are small, but if you find they're too small you can call and they will increase them. I'm in the 1200-1400 calories/day range and finding that I'm generally quite satisfied. There are some days when I feel hungry, but not nearly as many as I thought there might be when I started. I've had no problems at all with delivery -- I put my empty cooler bag out under the porch at night and when I wake up in the morning there's a full bag of food there. It's expensive, no question. There are a lot of different ways to justify the cost, but it's still expensive. I follow them on Facebook and try to catch some of the specials they offer, which helps bring the cost down. I've also heard that they are willing to work with people to, for example, bill half the cost twice a month instead of billing it all at once. All of my interactions with people at FD have been good -- they seem to genuinely want to be helpful and friendly. So, if you have questions, OP, definitely give them a call. Overall, I'm really happy I bit the bullet and started FD. I'm eating better/healthier than I have in a long time, I've lost about 15 pounds so far (5 pounds came off the first week, then about 2 pounds a week since then), and am less stressed about eating/food/meal planning than I've ever been.
