PMS junk food eating! Help!

Ugh. Just ate Cheetos like my life depended on it. I do this every month. My period is due any second. Why do I do this and how can I make better choices?

Are you prioritizing sleep? I’m so much more prone to emotional eating when I’m tired etc

Although she’s recently gone off the deep end, I’ve found books by Dr Christiane Northrop helpful - lots of info about pms and emotions

Don't have them in the house. Drink lots of anti-inflammatory herbal teas, they will help.

Chug a BIG glass of water (20+ oz) and then, see how you feel.
