Most homeless encampments are nuisance crimes with the rare stabbings or beatings.
Public housing has more gun violence, child and elder abuse, robberies, and petty crimes, like breaking into vending and laundry machines, pubic intoxication, exposures, and similar. former-DC police officer now happily working for Amazon security |
