Baby shower venue

Not sure this is the right forum but I need some recommendations!

I’m looking for a baby shower venue in the bethesda, Rockville, Chevy chase, potomac area. We are thinking a small tea party 10-20 people. Any ideas on private rooms? Venue spaces that aren’t crazy expensive?

New poster- any outdoor venue ideas for October in the same general area? Prob less casual- i was thinking a park with a nice covered area could work.
