| On a new car. I assume it includes destination charge but what else is in there? Is 1200 reasonable? This is not dealer mark-ups. |

You need to provide more information. Are you asking about a document fee? Some states (for example $500 Maryland where it must be disclosed on the dealer window sticker) cap the amount. Virginia dealers tend to try to charge much higher fees. Florida is notorious for outrageous fees.
MSRP includes delivery fee charged by manufacturer. Always negotiate for a total “out the door” price with all fees, taxes, tags and title.
