| A few days out from my period, I get extremely bloated. It’s so uncomfortable and looks horrible. I am fairly slender, so it looks pretty obvious. I already exercise hard and drink loads of water. Anything else I can do or take? |

| How is your diet on those days? I don’t know of any way to fully decrease bloat, but making sure your diet is low salt, high in hydrating foods and drinks may help; it seems to help me. |

| Have you had an ultrasound? I do not want to alarm you at all but I would have one just to rule out anything ovarian |
She said it was only when she was premenstrual. The difference with ovarian cancer is it doesn't go away. It is CONSTANT. |
