Hello. I could use some help in picking out a clinic.
I am 39 years old. We have a 3 year old, after we did 2 cycles of natural cycle IVF at Dominion in 2019. Husband has obstructive azoospermia. We would like to have another child. New job and new insurance. We pay $4000 out of pocket, and they will pay the rest for up to 2 cycles of IVF (lifetime coverage) at an in network clinic. In network local clinics are GW, CCRM, and CFA. At age 35, I had high FSH (I think it was 11 or so) and low AMH (I think around 0.7). My cycles have always been very normal, 28-29 days. I'm thinking at age 39, my FSH will be higher and AMH lower now. Cycles are still very regular. With my high FSH and low AMH, would a natural cycle IVF or mini stim be the best option for me? What do you think would be the best clinic for me out of CCRM, CFA, and GW? We do want to stay local. Thank you for the help! |
| I had a good experience at CCRM and liked that they were willing to try different protocols. I would do a consult at each. |

| I'd do a consult with each, see what their approach would be. I've been very happy with my care at CCRM, after switching from SGF. While CCRM certainly has preferences, they'll work with you and are pretty supportive of patient autonomy. But they'll also make all the choices for you, if that's what you're looking for. Good luck! |
