Is Social Security and Medicare in Jeopardy at the Supreme Court?

James Madison in 1787 did not include them in the Constitution. Rick Scott and Koch would love to get rid of them.

I’d be okay with this. We’d really see who the ‘welfare queens’ in this country are. And maybe they’d all realize they’ve voted against their own self interests for their entire lives.

It’s in the Republican plan for 2022 to get rid of them anyway. They want every single federal law to sunset after five years.

We were doomed when HRC decided to run and Obama thought it would be funny AF to goad Trump into running for President.

The programs collectively spend $1.6T a year. Hard to see how they don't constitute a "major question" and therefore Congress cannot delegate their rule-making to SSA and CMS.
