Carolyn Ketchum has great recipes on All Day I Dream About Food. Try the Kentucky Butter Cake. Amazing.

Can you clarify what you mean by the party theme? Like, just a normal dessert recipe?

Rum cake

IT can't be as in you wouldn't believe how low cal it is in spite of being tasty? Or please don't bring a low fat low cal dessert?

God, this sounds like a super lame party. Unless it's like to fundraise for Type 1 diabetes research or something.

I was going to suggest something else and now all I want to do is host a rum cake party

Your title is confusing? So just bring a regular dessert?

Does it need to be low fat and low calorie or just low sugar?

Google low carb desserts and you can make most things using artificial sweeteners and coconut flour. There some trick about which ones to use depending on cooking style.

You could buy some packaged low calorie cookies and ice cream. Put together to make ice cream sandwiches.

I think it means bring something rich and indulgent. Like a dessert should be.

When is the party? There is a free online sugar-free dessert Zoom party this evening with recipes 6/29.
