Don't fall for scams. There is no secret to your metabolism hacking. Tells you if you're burning fat or carbs? Please. Newsflash. If you wake up in the morning and haven't eaten in 12 hrs you are burning fat. If you eat a carb or protein rich lunch you will burn carbs that afternoon. As you get hungry toward dinner you will burn fat

I tried it for two weeks, and then lost it. I think my husband through it away thinking it was a vape. He isn't sure, but doesn't seem to think that's what happened.
Can't tell you if it truly worked because my data was so limited. DOH. If you get one, put an airtag on it. |
