LOL. She got absolutely embarrassed in her independent run. She ended up splitting the Republican vote with Ficker while Elrich ended up with the same vote share as Leggett did 4 years prior (~65%). She didn’t run in the primary, that was Krasnow, who also got humiliated. And probably most of county voters have forgotten her name at this point. Despite not being well remembered, she also no longer has a core constituency. The YIMBY/pro-development crowd in this county also hates cars because they are all part of that urbanists/cyclists stuff and she’s been a proponent of widening 270, Montrose Pkwy and M-83. Maybe she would win Garrett Park, but after that I am not sure who would vote for her and for what reason. |
