After 11/22 debacle, I don't believe in a timely release. Hope for the best. A lot of families are waiting for it so that they can move forward.

| I think ECNL info will come from the clubs and hopefully way before wednesday |
ECNL should release on its website to make it official. I hope it can be soon. Have a Q4 in a small club. If no change, we will try out an RL team. If there is a change to allow trap player to play down, we will try out an NL team. We are fine either way, but we need the official plan to start the conversation. |
Thanks for letting us know. Sending an email to ECNL might be better than posting here. |
lol…… If I was ECNL I would announce it on the podcast for the viewers. |
Is there a video podcast? I'd like to watch that. |
A few Of them are on YouTube I believe. They post the video shorts on their Instagram sometimes. |

Looks like they are getting rid of U19 so more than likely no BY.
The ECNL Regional League – NorCal will include approximately 20 teams at each age group from U13 – U18 from clubs who qualify from NorCal Premier Soccer. The majority of the ECNL RL – NorCal will be club-based, but a small number of wildcard individual teams will also earn qualification in each age in order to reward smaller clubs with uniquely talented individual age groups. All participating teams in the ECNL RL – NorCal will be first teams from each club. Top performing clubs from the ECNL RL – NorCal will be considered for promotion into the ECNL. |
| 25/26 or 26/27? |
| Isn't the USSF Youth Council Meeting tomorrow? I am certain the age group issue will be discussed there. |

Without giving away too much info. A board member for my club told me they had to make a decision between MLSN/GA and ECNL/ECNL/RL last night. He wasn’t allowed to say what our club chose because we will have a club announcement about it.
But both leagues are starting to finalize their platforms going forward. |

Moving forward, U.S. Soccer’s Youth Council will serve as the primary leader in collecting feedback, and the Council will work closely with U.S. Soccer staff to make sure that we adequately support our members and ecosystem stakeholders through this transition. Check back to this page for updates on the above resources. |
