Natural IVF clinics

Does anyone know clinics in the DC area (or a little bit farther) that offer Natural IVF? I heard Dominion used to, but no longer does...

I have DOR, my AMH was .6 like two years ago so likely much worse now. AFC 7-10, but my last retrieval at Cornell only pulled 2 eggs and both failed to fertilize. I think the writing might be on the wall, but I wanted to try natural IVF before I throw in the towel (or go to CCRM Lone Tree for a really expensive last ditch effort!).

Also, am trying to determine if we go natural IVF route or go wiht a clinic that does HGH/Omnitrope and calcium ionosphore, etc. Any input or perspectives would be greatly appreciated as well. TIA! Infertility sucks!

Get an appointment specifically with Dr. Payson at CCRM NoVA. He is the medical director there. Before that, he was at Dominion so he has experience with natural cycle IVF. CCRM NoVA uses HGH/omnitrope and calcium ionophore. Best of luck to you.

I have DOR, AFC was low and whatever they retrieved didn't fertilize. Tried Natural IVF at Dominion twice, ended up with no fertilization. It was a waste of time and money in my case.

Mini stim worked for me w DOR. Super low doses. Went to Gen Next in NYC, they are lovely and really well versed with AMA and DOR. Got 7 follicles and 5 mature and fertilized and one blast that is DD2. I was 41 at retrieval.

do you know what your AMH and FSH were at the time of your mini protocol? my doctor tried a lower dose protocol (150, then 225) but my first cycle got canceled, and my second resulted in the 2 that didn't fertilize. not sure if mini is the best for my DOR as much as i'd like it to be..

PP here. Mini stim for me was clomid for 5-7 days then 50-75 max gonal daily (which was crazy to me as i had been on max stims 450 gonal + menopur). My best cycle by far. My AMH was .16 and AFC 3-5

Also want to add you have to go somewhere that really understands mini stim and does it often. Low dose is not the same.

wow that's amazing - it sounds counterintuitive but clearly something worked! i feel like it wouldn't work for me (my FSH is high), and I thought Cornell specialized in low dose but I had such crappy response I feel so defeated now. I will check Gen Next out though, thank you

I was probably one of Dominion's last natural cycle IVF cycles last year. Very disappointed its gone.

We ended up trying timed sex with Shady Grove, but I him in the back of my mind when we get through six cycles.
