Price for a land survey with topographical features, 5 acres.

| Did anyone do any kind of land survey recently? We were quoted 4K for a survey of approx. 5 acres, so the septic could be designed for a house to be built there. Is this too high? It is in NYS, 2 hours from the city, if it matters, but I would think prices are the same/similar along the east coast, including the DMV area. Please, any comments/opinions are welcome. |
