HomeSense just opened in Rockville

I happened by there yesterday and took a look. Owned by the same company as TJ Max. Imagine Home Goods on steroids.

Large carpets very inexpensive, all kinds of indoor and outdoor furniture, decorative objects, stools, chairs and so much more. Not in the market for anything, but fun to browse!

Good news! You don’t have to go to the store OR eat glass!

I wonder if they will close the home goods. Some of their carpets are really expensive but if you can catch them on clearance they are not bad.

There is so little retail on the east side of MoCo that most of us drive to Rockville or Columbia to shop.

no why would they?

In many places, HomeGoods and Homesense are in the same shopping center.

Interesting. Because they are basically the same store. Hope both stay.

There is a home goods, Home Sense, and Marshalls in the same strip mall next to the Annapolis Mall.

I go for the large natural fiber rugs.

I thought HomeSense was just the Canadian version of HomeGoods?

Yuck. HomeSense is all cheap poorly made junk. It’s like an Amazon clearing house. Too-much-stuff
