DC estate lawyer rec - experience with small biz and estate taxes

I've combed this site for general recs, but would appreciate recommendations for lawyers that you've used to do estate planning involving small business succession plans. We might also hit the estate tax threshold, so experience with that also helps. Minor kids but no special needs. We're in DC. Thanks!
