Pretty sure Samy left on his own. Him and Kane were arguing on a daily basis. It was getting to the point where it was super awkward for everyone else there. I think Sarah got tired of Kane and if you know her then you know she's super ambitious so her contract was probably about to be up and she thought it would be the best time to go to New York. Just my two cents.
