I like to take ground flaxseed for health reasons. I usually mix it with yogurt but that gets boring. I wonder if there is another easy way to take it. I thought about making drinks but it sticks to everything and is not easy to clean off. Thank you for any tips.
I put it in hot cereal and also sprinkle on salad
Smoothies!
I put mine on peanut butter sandwiches.

Thanks for the suggestions!

+1 for smoothies. Flaxseed is a great addition and adds a pleasantly nutty taste to any fruit/veg combo.
I like mine in Almond Milk.
I put 4 cups old fashioned oats and about 4 cups water into a Tupperware container, then add about 1 C milled flax seed, and maybe some nuts and/or raisins or other dried fruits. Mix well and let it sit in the fridger over night for a big supply of overnight oats. It's good in the fridge for about 5 days. In the morning take a scoop of it, add a little milk and heat it up; add some maple syrup. Keeps you very regular.
Mix with water and use as egg substitute in brownies
Smoothies, oatmeal, pb toast/sandwiches.
In granola with yogurt or kefir and fresh berries.
pancakes!
Sometimes I put it in oatmeal and sometimes I mix it with gomaiso and use it as a seasoning mix. I’ve also purchased some that’s toasted, and I just eat it by the spoonful.
