Levers and knobs in same finish

Is it weird to have levers and knobs in a house? For instance a knob on doors into bedroom but en-suite bath and closet doors would be in the same finish but levers instead.

I would pick one or the other. Levers are suited better to contemporary houses, knobs better for traditional.

I would pick one in most situations. Levers are more ergonomic. If you have levers I think knobs are fine in some places like if you had double doors on a closet where the knobs were dummy’s.

Or perhaps even the opposite right? Knobs on doors and levers on closets. If it’s in the same finish….I’m not sure I would find it odd. I tried to match every door knob on the outside of my house although they aren’t all visible at the same time. I stressed so much about it. Now when I go to other’s houses I see that it’s no big deal. Many people have different finishes for their exterior doors and I never noticed it before.

Levers are better if you ever develop arthritis - easier to operate than knobs, if that's a potential consideration for the long-term.

I wouldn't do it the other way. I'd be okay with levers for doors and knobs for dummys because knobs make more sense if you're not going to turn them. Easier to grab and pull imo. Levers make more sense if you have to turn them.
