Sriracha shortage!

I just read in WaPo that Huy Fong Foods is halting production of their sriracha sauce. Apparently they haven’t been able to source the chili peppers due to weather. I’ve sent DH out on a panic buying spree. I hope this is temporary. 🙁

America's Test Kitchen recently did a blind taste test and preferred Kikkoman's because it is spicier. I haven't tried it and have no need to, unless Huy Fong is out. Then I might try it as a backup, if it's available.
