crawl space cleanout/pest control

| Any recommendations for a pest control company that also does crawl space work (e.g., encapsulation) and that also serves DC? I feel like so many companies serve only VA or MD, or exclusively do crawl space work or pest control, not both. Thanks so much in advance! |

| Find a company like JES that does a proper job of encapsulation and you won't have an issue with pests after that. What you don't want is to hire the pest control company to do the encapsulation. They do a terrible job. It's not their area of expertise at all. Once you change the environment down there and turn it into a clean, white space the critters go away. Their home is gone and there is nothing in that crawl for them. Trust me, I know. We did our crawl 5 years ago and it was the best home improvement money we ever spent. |
