Volunteer Vaccinations ?

| I'm vaccinated and boosted so this question is out of curiosity: Why does MCPS require volunteers to be vaccinated but the kids are not required to be vaccinated? |

I would imagine it comes down to two things.
1) There is an approved vaccine, rather than an EUA vaccine for adults. 2) Children need to be in school, volunteers are not necessary. |
