| Yes. Gift card, a photo frame, a card your kid made, flowers, chocolates, gormet pantry foods. |

No "stuff" like a frame/candle/mug, give either gift cards or consumables, but mostly gift cards |

| I was wondering about this too- we just had staff appreciation week a few week ago and gave gift cards then. Was just going to have DD make them cards but sounds like we should give gift cards at the end of the year too? |
